Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Unauthorized data access or alterations
Any third-party actions through the Service
This applies regardless of the legal theory and even if BBCJustice was advised of potential damages.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules.
5.2 Jurisdiction
All disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in California. You consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.
5.3 Time Limitation for Claims
Any legal claim related to the Service must be filed within six (6) months of the date the claim arose. Failure to do so permanently waives the claim.

What constitutes a "material change" is at BBCJustice’s sole discretion.
